The rooftop pool was a highlight for us, amazing views! Our room was cozy and super clean, but the staff could’ve been more attentive. Overall, a pleasant stay. 🌞

Hotel needs to rethink its deposit policy when there’s no mini bar!!! Coffee should be available in rooms, not just tea bags!!! Soundproofing is insufficient. noise from corridors and streets is disruptive!!!

The breakfast experience was lacking. the cleanliness of the area raised concerns with visibly unwashed cutlery and plates. I encountered noise disruptions from adjacent rooms and hallways, which definitely impacted my sleep quality. Additionally, the room lacked a fridge, leaving me with a wine cooler that barely did the job. However, the overall noise levels were bothersome, particularly during the night.

The rooftop bar served fresh juices that were a refreshing treat after a day of exploring the city. I loved the spacious room with its cozy vibes. The air conditioning worked like a charm during the heat! The location couldn't be beat, just a hop over to the metro.

While the cleaning staff’s service didn't quite hit the mark, I still felt the overall vibe of the hotel was positive.

Had a fantastic experience with the staff here, they were super friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed the kiddy pool so much, he couldn't stop smiling after the lifeguards quickly helped him out of the deeper water when he had a little scare.

It wasn't cheap, but totally acceptable for what we got in terms of services and amenities.

The Classic King Room was cozy and well-maintained, really clean, which made for a comfortable stay. I loved the amenities, and the staff's attention to detail was impressive. The location is a win, right near the metro and Deira Mall. However, the soundproofing could use some work— I heard noise from the hallways. Overall, a nice place to crash after exploring.

The Classic King Room was really comfy with lots of amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a sofa bed. The bathroom was private with great toiletries. Loved the relaxing rooftop pool and the easy access to the metro made exploring super convenient. Staff was always attentive and helpful!
